Studies in Anthropology alongside 8+ years in the service industry (including time working at McDonald's, Superdry at Disney Springs, and a flagship Whole Foods) has taught me the value of aligned leadership and what it can do for everyone involved. This is precisely why I decided to co-found Stoneledge Enrichment with my mother, Michelle Baker; where our ultimate goal is to to bring leadership inspiration and fulfillment to the world’s workforce, so jobs become careers again.
