Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Health Information Technology, I provide comprehensive support and training for clinicians, clinic staff, and other users of the eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic health record (eHR) system and the Healow Patient Portal. I oversee day-to-day support for eCW and Healow platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for user assistance while also addressing basic IT support as needed. Additionally, I contribute to the implementation and integration of third-party applications and external vendors with eCW to enhance operational efficiency and patient care delivery.PROJECTSInitiated and led the eHR interfacing project between eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Royal Solutions, enabling electronic diagnostic imaging orders directly to Imaging Healthcare Specialists, replacing manual fax referrals and improving efficiency.

In-charge of provider license enrollment, account creations, multi-factor authentication, and the interactive EHR training by their job description. Involved in training step-by-step instructions as well.•EHR Tech Support, for all of the internal staff, prioritizing providers, contracted outside organizations, everyone who are involved with the EHR. Troubleshooting problems, addressing issues, and automating simple steps for easier work.•Liaison for vendor interfaces such as Imaging Healthcare Specialist, LabCorp, and Quest Diagnostics. Specifically, with Annual Well Exams, Initial Health Assessment, and Medicare Annual Well Visits.•Collaboration for Transition Care Management, and training for staff.•Registering vaccines, correct CPT, VIS.
