HR&A is a real estate and economic development consulting firm working at the intersection of the public and private sectors. My work spans from day-to-day project management and client liaising to delivering some of the firm’s most complex quantitative and qualitative analyses. Select project experience includes:• Managing the NYC Broadband Plan, a multi-faceted strategy to connect all New Yorkers to affordable, reliable, high-speed internet access.• Completed a comprehensive assessment of the viability of creating a mixed-use community over 180-acre Sunnyside Rail Yard in Western Queens. As project analyst, I developed a deep understanding of current and future local market conditions, co-constructed a dynamic and interdisciplinary financial model that estimates project value, and used that model to evaluate the financial feasibility of three programmatic test cases. • Drafted components of Imagine Boston 2030, a pioneering comprehensive citywide plan that marries physical and policy planning to set Boston’s agenda for future growth, investment and development. I focused on defining the opportunity for growth – articulating a benefits case and creating area-specific development frameworks to position the city for inclusivity and economic competitiveness amidst long-term increases in population and jobs.
