At logos bookstore I was required to know our merchandise through and through, organize book shelves, help customers with their needs whether that was deciding on a gift or navigating them through the store, answering phones, fulfilling online orders, and especially hospitality. Customers mean everything to LOGOS and myself so I ensured to introduce myself to every customer coming in and asking if they are looking for something specific to help. I was also in charge of keeping track of inventory, stocking shelves, and closing the store.

At Schneider's Sweet Shop I began when I freshly turned 16 as my first job that I maintained through my High School endeavors and up until I left to attend my higher education at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). At work I was given multiple responsibilities that included cashier work, serving food, making food, packing candy boxes, dishes, filling and changing stock, training new employees, closing and opening the store, fulfilling phone orders, and customer service. This job relied heavily on teamwork with any staff on the same shift and required one to be flexible, if a customer came in you were expected to drop everything and make sure the customer came first. Teamwork was also vital behind the scenes when doing daily tasks and closing/opening the store.
