Provide executive-level leadership to advance, foster, and cultivate a culture within the organization that promotes inclusion, diversity, equity and access for employees, customers, vendors, contractors, and diverse communities; Develop and implement the vision, leadership, and direction of PRT’s diversity and equity programs including its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DEIBA) strategy, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs; Provide strategic counsel to PRT’s senior management team and PRT’s Board of Directors on DEIBA strategy, DBE programs, and similar strategies and programs.

Develop customized trainings and workshops for a wide variety of organizations that are specifically designed to meet the goals of each constituent; Emphasize the importance of practical application skills and best practices in addition to foundational DEI&B terminology and concepts; Facilitate sessions with varying audiences in accessible in-person or virtual webinar or interactive training formats; Consult on DEI&B initiatives across the organizational structure, including onboarding practices, hiring processes, employee resource groups, policy development, strategic planning, and more.

Serve as lead coordinator for assessment and accreditation for CCI schools and programs; Oversee CCI Student Success, CCI Diversity & Belonging, Career Development, Student Recruiting, Summer Programming, and CCI’s living and learning community; Provide leadership and guidance for strategic planning, visioning, developing and implementing new programs and initiatives; Represents the College in the absence of the Dean.

Create various diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging workshops and trainings for constituents across the university and in the community; Curriculum design caters to the needs of the groups and topics include diversity basics, workplace inclusion, supporting employee resource groups, bias, microaggressions, privilege, and more; Facilitate the national Green Dot program curriculum that works to prevent dating violence, sexual violence, and stalking; Research, develop, and facilitate the Safe Space Ally Training program to educate students, faculty, and staff about gender and sexuality concepts and how to create an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ people; Facilitate Contineo training using live-action game play and healthy competition to explore the connections between diversity and inclusion and its impact on business results.

Develop and implement recruitment and retention support services and programs for underrepresented and underserved populations; Create and maintain a Diversity Strategic Plan and Diversity Annual Reports to integrate diversity-related metrics and assessments into strategic planning initiatives; Collaborate with university leadership and Employee Resource Groups to integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging priorities throughout the institution; Oversee career development and national internship programs; implement policies and procedures throughout the college that ensure equitable opportunities for all students; provide guidance and resources to all students in their career development, with particular attention to the needs of underrepresented and underserved groups; Plan and implement diversity and inclusion educational opportunities and trainings; Serve as the department liaison to the Human Resources Office of Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action to provide discrimination, harassment, and workplace accommodation information, support. and resources to employees.

Provide academic advising to diverse groups of students regarding academic objectives, career options, credit articulations, and registration procedures; Assist students with the resolution of difficulties regarding their degree progress; Maintain and update student files, records, and data in accordance with federal, state, and university policies.

Create and facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, motivation, project planning, and team building for diverse groups of high school student leaders; Present seminars on time management, public speaking, and effective meeting planning skills to enhance leadership teams and organizations; Supervise a residence hall of 100+ high school student leaders.
