Here is a summary for myself and my work life;I got my first job as soon as I graduated from University. I worked as a project engineer in Singapore. When I first applied to my company, I wanted to join the mechanical department. However, after going through the interview process, my manager believed that I have the capability to handle projects by myself. Therefore, I was offered the role as project engineer instead of a mechanical engineer. Beginning of this year, due to some personal reason, I decided to resign from my first company and come back to Malaysia. During this period, I took some time to ask myself whether I should continue to pursue a career in engineering field. Then I came across Web3 space. Web3 space is a whole new world to me! The transition from a typical engineering field to Web3 is beyond words but I love all things Web3.To this date, I am very grateful that I met my friend who brought me into the Web3 space. Along with my friend, we started our first NFT project which is a Sing-to-Earn project. I was given the chance to become the Operation & Community Manager where I was tasked with community growth and engagement. Strategy planning and project management were part of my daily life during the project. As we know, Web3 is still something very new, it takes a lot of efforts to do the marketing and I was given the chance to assist our CEO in that part as well. With my graphic skill, I was also able to help generate the genesis and generative NFT collection. All in all, it is truly an enjoyment when you jump out of your comfort zone and try out new things.
