I started a support group for women who have been abused by their employer by sexual harassment or bullying and harassment. The group is about being given tools on how to empower yourself when you are working through this difficult time. How to take back control and come out of the situation with a mental mind set. The group meets every Friday, Nanaimo and every 3rd Tuesday Ladysmith.

Equal Voice is a non-partisan group which helps support women into elective office. A group of people who help, support, education and want to introduce young women into politics.

I joined the BC NDP Party as the membership secretary. My role is to connect with people about our party beliefs and obtain support for it. There are several ways to support the provincial party by giving your time, bringing ideas forward to the local committee, be a member at large, be a member of the party.

I give presentations about my life lessons on how I learned to empower myself over the years. This is a passion of mine, to have women empower themselves through positive interaction, story telling and self-belief. I speak from the heart and enjoy sharing my life story with people.

I help education the average Canadian family about finances. I education them on how money works and believe in empowerment women around these issues. Through education, people will have a better retirement and life quality.

I have done holistic work since 2001. I am now a reiki master / teacher and enjoy helping people improve their health. It is a wonderful thing to do.
