As a transformative nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience founding and scaling organizations, I’ve dedicated my career to turning visionary ideas into tangible, positive impacts for communities and individuals. To that end, I have built and continue to build trailblazing partnerships that bridge evidence, practice, and bipartisan policy.Through my work with Saga Education, a high-impact education nonprofit I cofounded , I’ve successfully steered over $140M in funding, forged strategic partnerships with institutions like the Gates Foundation, and led initiatives that have influenced education policy and practice nationwide. I'm proud that 46% of U.S. school districts now invest in high-impact tutoring to accelerate learning—a framework we developed through years of R&D supported by the largest body of scientific literature, including nine large-scale randomized controlled trials conducted by the University of Chicago Education Lab and other university partners.As a first-generation college graduate, child of newcomers to the U.S., and entrepreneur, I am deeply committed to creating scalable impact.
