• Quickly and efficiently facilitate park operations including staffing, maintenance issues, guest interaction,safety, and emergency situations• Handle the creation, edits, and implementation of standard operations manuals and ride certification tests• Oversee creation, training, and fulfilling of positions stationed at new attractions• Plan, organize, and supervise team of over 150 seasonal employees• Served as first contact for operators, requiring constantly changing knowledge of operations and guest service• Coach and counsel team members as needed

• Schedule and process private and group lesson requests• Assist sales department with ticket sales and daily operations

• Greet and explain game to new and returning guests• Assist bartenders and bayhosts (wait staff) with running drinks and food as needed
