Oversight of multiple branch locations within the Midlands region with operational revenue responsibility totaling over $5.5 million with $200,000 campaign totals. Essential Functions of facility development, membership, program development, financial development, volunteer recruitment, staff supervision, community relations, collaborations, budgeting and financial results.

Executive Director overseeing all operations of a brand new $2.25 million revenue facility including Annual Giving Campaign exceeding $100k annually, branch budget, staff recruitment and management, board development and recruitment, community partnerships and events, along with support for the Association office. Led Youth Development for the entire association focusing on program quality with bi-annual after-school and camp trainings while building best practices for program operations.

Management of multiple branch sports programs in district capacity. The job included staff management, program growth, program quality, and overall member satisfaction through enhanced program standards and principles. Branch transition leadership as interim Executive for the North Brandon YMCA encompassing all aspects of the branch operations including fundraising, fiscal management, board development and engagement, community outreach, staff development, program operations, and risk management.

Led a program team of 60 staff with coordinators and supervisors that oversaw aquatics, After-school, camp, sports, teens and outreach programming. Led successful annual campaigns with a goal of $80k raised.

Directed the growth of 4 department areas including After-school, aquatics, camp, sports, and teens.

Operated youth development programs, including Y-USA grant funded program. Developed sports department that introduced 3 new sports programs. Led membership development and staff training.
