• Provide clients with technical financial advice/guidance to help them make the best informed financial decisions for their personal financial situation. Advise in all areas of finance. Main topic of concentration is mostly retirement planning, pension consulting, employer benefits, 401(k), cash and debt, estate planning. I speak to roughly 10 - 15 clients daily.• Delivered 200 + financial planning workshops/seminars at client locations across the U.S. in person and via WebEx, 1 on 1 meetings, voice narration recorded on Articulate courses clients utilize.• Prepare, review and deliver financial plans and financial fitness assessments to clients utilizing financial planning tools. Assisted with partner tax return preparation.• Manage financial counseling phone line, call reviews, voicemails response, email response, outbound calls, beneficiary assignments, phone line coverage, call tracking and auditing, reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).• Project management of multiple client engagements including budgeting, wip analysis, revenue projections/recognition, monthly and quarterly reporting, time management and client communication. • Research new programs and technology that can be utilized to improve the practice including software, scheduling tools, forms and communication.• Database management/administration of client deliverables, user files, client web site and practice documents. Product development of new workshops, Financial Fitness Assessment, calculators, courses, newsletters. Update annual facts and figures on our website, send push email and other communications, upload bi-monthly financial newsletters, assist with technical support.
