As an intern for Elite Sports Network, I perform a variety of tasks each week given by my supervisor. These tasks include writing feature athlete articles to highlight the best high school football players in the United States, brainstorming marketing strategies for the launch of a new nationwide football camp, update recruiting analytical data for football recruits within the states in which ESN operates, as well as performing other miscellaneous research tasks to help ESN grow its market into more states.

I worked on remodeling Excel spreadsheets to help track learners’ exam results and linked them to their tutor. This created a simple input system with clear outputs to help the quality team assess the company's product. I created trend analyses of learner survey results at various points through their apprenticeship. I also connected and restructured spreadsheets used by tutors to track their off the job training hours. This enabled the tutors to easily track the hours they were putting in off the job that are necessary for their work.

I wrote either one or two articles a day during the week related to fantasy football. These ranged from waiver wire pickups to positional rankings to anything else about fantasy football that I'm told to write about. After writing, I put the article into WordPress to edit and format the article to fit the website's design. I then passed my finished work on to the executives to be published.

I organized club social events and brainstormed meetings. I constructed analytically-based articles consisting of mainly NFL statistics of teams and players. I used sources like Pro-Football-Reference and Pro Football Focus.

I also worked with the outreach team where we promoted the articles published on the website through social media outlets as well as on-campus advertising through flyering or word of mouth.

I started as a dishwasher where I operated the dishwasher individually. I also helped the cooks in the kitchen whenever they needed assistance. Later, I switched to bussing where I cleared tables and cleaned them. I kept the basement storage area clean and orderly. I assisted the bartenders and waiters and waitresses with bringing out food. I kept track of the stock of chips and salsa that was brought to every table before they begin to eat.

I maintained the garage and storage area of the lumber. I picked up garbage throughout the lumber yard and garage as well as put away shipments of lumber in their correct location. I also helped fill orders of lumber for customers by retrieving the lumber they ordered from their storage locations.
