As an Associate Software Engineer at T-Mobile, specializing in backend web development, I've spent a few years learning systems, components, development techniques, and quantitative and qualitative methods to make product decisions. I love working with smart, dedicated people to identify and solve complex problems. My strong background in copy editing means I can quickly find typos or incorrect syntax in complex code. Oftentimes, the root cause of a bug or runtime issue boils down to an incorrectly placed curly brace, parenthesis, or semicolon, and I am excellent at identifying when that's the case! Programming is the backbone of every website, program, and mobile app we interact with daily. Making sure those things run and run well is essential to the economy and every day life. A few accomplishments I’m proud of include: • Improved the testing process by writing 100+ automated test cases using proprietary test automation suite at T-Mobile. • Enhanced the user experience by implementing functionality to permit third-party data access to determine customer eligibility for special offers using Java Spring Boot microservices, MySQL databases, and existing internal APIs. • Value-added system launch and integration by leveraging skills in writing training materials and coordinating workflow processes to serve as a liaison between administrative and technical staff for POS World's Salesforce website launch.
