I provide sales support in the employee benefits and individual life sales divisions to help develop strong relationships with agents in the field. I provide product knowledge and training to agents in order to help them with proper product selection and implementation of their group health, group ancillary products and individual life insurance plans. Working closely with agents I help them keep up to date on current industry trends and business practices that will help them take advantage of new opportunities. Provide field underwriting to agents in the field to help with proper product placement. Seek out and develop strategic relationships to broaden the use of online platforms from National Brokerage.

I focused on supporting the agent field for individual and employee benefit solutions in the small to mid-size group markets. Provided a full range of solutions from a fully insured to self-insured benefits of health, dental, life, DI and vision benefits. Worked with agents to analyze, design and implement employee benefit packages.
