Most notably he has been a Sr. Developer and a Technical Leader. As a Sr. Developer AJ was critical in solving the most difficult problems. There were numerous times where the customer was asking for very challenging problems to be solved and every time his solution met their needs and was easy to maintain. As a Tech Lead he was able to effectively lead a large team of developers (8 devs) across multiple statements of work and effectively set the expectations of the client. Having the balance of strong technical skills and soft client skills is a rarity and I highly recommend AJ for any future software implementation."
