I interface with the UK Accreditation Body (AB), UKAS, to manage the ISO / IEC 17000 series accreditation of LRV Ltd.Key Achievements:- Negotiated with product owners rationalisation Inspection Product Services Register by over 75%- Established successfully the notification of LRV B.V as a new notified body in The Netherlands following Brexit- Delivered within time and cost the development of a PowerApp based system, Certificate Review Tool, which provided metric reporting and management oversight- Quickly adopted PowerBI to create reports enabling effective monitoring & decision making (Activity Monitoring, Technical Competency Framework, Remote Inspection, AI Diaries)

Responsible for advise the Inspection Services business on Quality matters and support the Head of Technical Quality Management to ensure as an Inspection Body we comply to ISO/IEC 17020:2012, amongst other standards and National Schemes. In addition, I provide data analysis and reporting to enable informed and strategic decision making.Key Achievements:- Planned and implemented global internal audit programme for the business- Successful completion of the CX Journey Mapping Project which led to significant improvements change within the Certification business- Project Management of the Inspection Management System that was delivered under budget and contained over 50% less content than the previous system.- Improvement of the Activity Monitoring process through the development of an online form to capture and report on data, and also the deployment of a planning tool through SharePoint 2013.- Development of multiple excel based dashboards (Activity Monitoring, EC Directives, Verification Scheme, and Feedback and Audit) providing key metrics to internal and external clients.

Highlights include:- Support the Energy Quality Manager in respect of measurement and assurance activities across the Energy Business, and the analysis and investigation of performance data. This includes the development, management and maintenance of Energy Key Performance Indicators for Quality- Oversea the running of the global Client Satisfaction Survey programme in Energy by coding the survey in the SNAP and monitoring the NPS score. Also, provide similar support to locally request transactional Client Satisfaction surveys.- Conduct a number of Business Assurance Review audits at LR offices worlwide
