Canopy Spatial is providing an opportunity to fine tune the skills I've collected over the past 20 years in Project Management, Talent Recruitment, Business Development, Marketing and Branding, Professional Development, Continuing Education and most importantly applications for Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The primary path to success is by understanding the needs and limitations of organizations so that effective solutions can be delivered in a timely and affordable manner. My mission is to provide solutions that balance traditional and innovative methods for solving problems.

Led the organizations GIS and Data Management division, which grew from $100,000 annually to over $2,000,000 annually in five years. Recruited and retained over twenty full time professionals. Provided on site consultant and professional GIS services for Civil and Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, and Technology Implementation projects/programs. Successfully managed business development, marketing and branding, and business intelligence activities.

Managed all of the day to day activities for more than one dozen projects and a workforce of over eighty part-time students. Typical projects involved office and field activities, training and workshops, public engagement, stakeholder reporting and management, and overall project management.Additionally, research and development was essential to successful project delivery and solution implementation.
