o Consolidate Engg BOQ. Preparing Cost Estimates, Project Budget and Billing Breakup.o Handling Multiple Vendors & Clients; Organizing Logistics (Imports & Indigenous)o Monitoring Project Risks and providing solutions to address them in advance.o Create Activity based WBS. Schedule and Sequence Activities.o Track Actual Cost against Budget / Actual Schedule against Planned Schedule.

o Creating MDL. Obtain Engineering Approval on GAD, DS and QAP as in Specification.o Supply, Erection & Commissioning Scheduling using MS Project 2016.o Maintaining Logs of Issues and Change Requests as per company policy.o Escalating promptly any Issues that may affect Project Delivery.o Apply Price Variation Clause (PVC) on sales along with Supply & Erection Invoicing.

o Maintaining complete project QA Docket History and SRN.o Facilitate Finance Related documents – ABG, CPBG, PBG and LC.o Generating Sale Invoices and Follow Up payments with the Client.o Conducting Performance Guarantee Tests as per Industry Standards

o Review of Completed Projects Engineering Drawingso Project Site Visit on Construction progresso Vendor and Contractor fund allocations and disbursals.
