AJ majored in accounting and business at Millersville University and subsequently put her talents to work in her family’s small business, instituting and implementing the changeover from manual to computer systems. Beginning in the mid 1990’s, AJ began working with the original QuickBooks accounting software in multiple small businesses as a self-employed subcontractor, ultimately founding Fluent in 2009 as a full service, internal accounting and consulting company. Additionally, AJ has established, owned and run multiple other businesses, served on non-profit boards, and worked with and benefited many dozens of local small businesses across all categories.
