Technical Recruiting Manager
Current- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers, for audiovisual (AV) industry roles including technicians, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their AV staffing needs, project requirements, and company culture to ensure a perfect candidate match.
- Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized AV networks, to source and screen high-caliber candidates with expertise in AV systems, integration, and installation.
- Assess candidates’ technical skills and qualifications in AV systems like Crestron, Control 4, and Biamp, ensuring they meet the specific needs of client projects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified AV professionals to meet the ongoing and future staffing needs of clients.
- Organize and conduct interviews, including technical assessments, and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
