I am working as the Operations Manager at ICI LLC. I oversee several project managers and their projects. I assist in difficult conversations, manage projects when needed, assist in building stronger relationships between field and office, training of new employees, developing / updating company procedures, and any miscellaneous tasks that may require another hand. I worked for E&K of Denver. I became a member of E&K in April 2013. I was a Project Manager/BIM Specialist. I provided Project Management and BIM services for the VA Hospital that was constructed in Aurora, CO. I provided training to the Denver unit on programs (computer) and applications (iPad) that help with efficiency and productivity. I created several virtual mock-ups to help the project team visualize what is to be installed and what will need to be questioned in a RFI to the contractor. I assisted in coordination for 10 buildings on the VA campus. I worked on a core and shell project for DaVita in Denver. I provided the same services on this project including but not limited to pricing changes, writing and reviewing RFIs, constraint mapping, schedule reviews, etc. I provided Project Management services on a school renovation/addition in Northglenn, CO along with the Pepsi Center project in Denver. I was a member of the Tech OSC and the Education Committee as well. I worked at Holder Construction Company in Atlanta for 11 months and was transferred to our onsite office in OKC to work in the field as a Project Engineer and provide BIM services for Devon Energy HQ. After my 2 year span in OKC; I was transferred to Cheyenne, WY to work in the field as a Project Engineer managing several subcontractors on a Data Center. I also provided BIM services during my 8 month span in WY. I worked with Holder Construction Company from May 2009 to April 2013.During my employment with Holder Construction Company I provided onsite BIM training to TREs, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
