With a culinary journey spanning more than a decade, I proudly bear the title of a seasoned cook (pun intended there). My path in this particular journey has been a melting pot of experiences, from 4 and 5 star international hotels to the creative chaos of catering companies to international level convention centre venue have all been experienced. And now, working with a new, innovative and exciting opportunity, I join in hands with Tabby@Sheraton Kuching,to which we share the same vision which is to uplift and bringing local Sarawak & Malaysian’s cultural heritage and cuisine, curating it with a unique touch, blending it and makes it as a story to tell over in “Tabby” 😉The diversity background experiences i have gained along the path, it has not only sharpened my culinary skills but also ignited an unquenchable passion for the culinary arts (professionally & from a entrepreneur standpoint as well)My repertoire or layman terminology, skill/flair is a fusion of global flavors, innovative culinary techniques, with an unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation, along with its unique storytelling and heritage. As a cook, i stand by my personal stand, learning process never ends even when we have reached the peak of our career, continuous learning process will take us far beyond what we can achieve.
