You know that moment when you’re with a group of people discussing an issue, then moving the issue to the “what if stage”, ending up with actions, next steps, and goals????? I love that process. I have enjoyed facilitating those moments and holding space for curiosity, courageous conversations, reimagining, collaboration, disagreement, and healing!!! I love being apart of the undoing to build impactful results and connections! I have 15 years of leadership experience in the field of education, mental and behavioral health and nonprofit management. Serving communities of color and ensuring systems of support operate with equity and intentionality have been the highlight of my career. I am passionate about work that support youth and families!
