Ajay is a seasoned marketing communications professional with over 17 years of experience in the Advertising, Events, Activations ,Direct/Retail/Trade marketing & communication. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful MarCom, digital,experiential, PR, and brand management solutions for Johnson Controls-Hitachi and its predecessor Hitachi. He has received the Merit Award, the highest employee recognition from the business unit, for his outstanding performance and contribution. He also holds a PGD in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi, and has completed several executive education programs in brand management and general management from MICA and Nirma University.Ajay is passionate about learning, exploring, and sharing ideas on marketing and human communication. He is also a consultant and a founder of Idea HotShop, a collective of communication experts who help clients across various industries with their marketing, strategy, and communication needs. He is fluent in Hindi, English, with elementary German, and enjoys travelling , playing and reading in his spare time.
