I was tasked with improving platform stability and reliability so customers could process payment transactions with confidence. I conducted an outage data analysis, assembled a core team of global SMEs and crafted product strategy encompassing multiple performance & reliability workstreams. The goal was to deliver an MVP within six months by collaborating across global TPMs and development teams.
