Oversaw manufacturing of processing,evaporation,cheese manufacturing, butter &ghee making, by product manufacturing and spray dried powder based nutritional and functional food productsStudied the importance and dependencies of different ingredients and processing parameters on the functionality of formulated products. Studied layout of whole plant for intrinsic attributes of its design related to safety, quality and efficient allocation of machinery and departments in all aspects.
