As Executive Director of Regional Management, Europe, I oversight to the CIEE centers in Europe, by supervising the Regional Directors of Operations for Northern and Southern Europe. I oversee the management and administration of CIEE Centers that support U.S. college study abroad programs as well as faculty-led, high school, and other special programs, ensuring that the delivery of all CIEE programs complies with the established pillars of excellence.

As an RDO I have overall business management responsibility for a set of CIEE Centers in the Southern Europe region, requiring the delivery of high-quality programming, logistics and related services all while attending to the safety and security of the student experience. I oversee the management and administration of CIEE Centers that support U.S. college study abroad programs as well as faculty-led, high school, and other special programs. The supervision and management of international staff is key to achieve objectives, as well as through strong collaboration with other business units at CIEE that directly impact successful delivery – Health, Safety and Security, Academic Affairs, Enrollment, Institutional Relations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Participant Services.

primarly responsible for overseeing the academic curriculum and assuring the quality and success of semester-summer-winter programs, GAP Year Program, Teach in Spain Program, High School Programs, and IFDS offered by the CIEE Study Center in Seville. Also responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to a local team responsible for the management and operation of multiple study programs in Seville.

primarily responsible for ensuring the success of the daily functioning of the BS program in Seville, and as part of a regional team, is also accountable for serving as a program advisor and first point-of-contact for students, parents and sending school representatives for Seville’s Business and Society Program and counselling students on a variety of academic, professional, and personal issues. Also responsible for ensuring the success of the CIEE Seville Internship Program - acting as the internship supervisor, work supervisor and academic supervisor
