Arthur G. Jakoby is co-chair of Herrick's Securities Practice Group and chair of its Title Insurance Practice Group. Since leaving the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, Arthur has represented regulated companies and individuals, Board of Directors and corporate management in matters concerning: regulatory enforcement, class actions, internal investigations, enforcement actions before the SEC, U.S. Attorney's Office, FCC, DOL, State Attorney General's Offices, District Attorney's Offices, FINRA, PCAOB, NFA and various exchanges and state regulatory departments including the NYS Department of Financial Services and the N.J.
