I am currently a Corrective Exercise Trainer for my company Groupfitt LLC. I specialize in helping clients get rid of pain and find confidence in their strength. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. I am also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have an extreme passion for fitness and I believe my experience can help others find the same amazing outlook on life. Form is everything, if you're not using the proper neuromuscular recruitment, you're probably wasting your time. I have a long list of experience in fitness. I have instructed many fitness classes including TC 24 IGNITE, GroupFITT, boot camp, resistance bands, exercise ball, yoga, desk yoga, and desk resistance bands classes. I have co-created and run a company wide wellness program. I have also budgeted for and created a fitness room. There is nothing better than helping others feel great through exercise and I have helped install a standing wellness outlook in the companies I have worked for.
