Worked as a "player/coach" for our inside sales consultants. Collaborated with leadership to develop our consultant's soft skills and drive key performance indicators. Served as a mentor and escalation point for our consultants and coached them on key sales and customer service skill sets.

I was the first individual to be asked to take part in this exchange program. I worked on revenue generation and soft skill development with our offshore customer care teams.We met our goal for revenue generation in my duration and revenues continued to improve after my departure, reaching a YOY increase of 96% for 2013.

Took part in our exchange program to work with our off shore customer care teams. Projects included revenue generation and quality assurance metrics, which both saw strong positive results. Also conducted training and coaching sessions regularly and managed a sales administrative team.
