> Led the school focus on “Highly Able” – targeting HA stakeholders to maximise potential so that they may meet their individual targets and close the gap on underachievement.> Part of the United Learning London head office team to design and implement the new KPI programme of study in an effective way across the Academy Trust.> Promoting, developing and enforcing good management practice within the Science department and chairing ‘good practice’ working groups.

> On the company’s graduate scheme; placed in several different roles nationwide, including positions of estimating, surveying and site supervising.> Invited to join the Sustainability Group following Chemistry background before securing the lead role of Carbon Manager.> Entailed detailing and creating a viable working model to capture, measure and continually monitor the company’s Carbon Footprint, in regards to the National Contracting Division. > Shaped and lead the business’s strategy outlook to reduce their Footprint in the most efficient way.> Invited by the government to represent Tarmac and work on a new joint sustainability project with their competitors to create an industry standard model for collecting Carbon data, operational towards the end of summer 2009.
