Staffing Clerk
Current- Proven ability to function effectively in an organized manner, using self-direction and flexibility to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and solve problems
- Developing and modifying staff schedules to meet unit staffing needs
- Coordinating overall scheduling and staffing of staff, including RN's, RPN's, Clerks and PSWs
- Communicating with the appropriate Patient Care Managers regarding staffing issues or concerns
- Entering bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate coding
- Answering the telephone, directing and taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel
