Although I began my professional education in medicine, I realized that my destiny lay elsewhere in entrepreneurship. After making the move and foraying into the business world, I was inspired to open my own investment consultancy firm.In the past, I have exited numerous organizations and created various 30M+ evaluated companies. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and I always lead with empathy.What motivates me is finding creative solutions to complicated problems. Over the last decade, I’ve optimized operations for three restaurant locations, managed an offshore team of 150 for ​​Fortune 500 clients including Air France and HSBC, and led business development for a top-tier technology company in Toronto. Now via my consultancy and venture fund, Thiru Inc. I’ve been able to invest capital, facilitate high-worth networking opportunities, and apply strategies to a number of organizations, with exceptional results.Currently, as a Senior Strategist for some of Canada’s high-potential ventures including Circadian Wellness, I develop and drive forward a variety of sophisticated growth strategies from marketing to restructuring and everything in between. The truth is, meaningful, challenging work wakes me up in the morning - and I’m just getting started!When I’m not helping to build awesome companies, I play badminton, tell stories through photography, camp, ride my Ducati around race tracks, and am an avid chess player.
