PPIC for wooden division (Real Lustrum)

- Provide work schedule for sub-contractor and make sure it is finished on time-Quality checking sub-contractor works and make sure the material and final results are relevant to the shop drawing and quality standart- Follow up the sub-contractor works and reporting the progress to the management

- Estimating the production material cost of a furniture project (Base material, finishing, and accessories)- Make a purchase requisition for an item to purchasing division so the production process could run as it is planned- Coordinate with warehouse division to check material stock for production process

- Assisting foreman and production supervisor solve the technical problem in a factory related to interior goods (furniture, wall panel, ceiling cover)- Responsible for inspection documentation product for company archieve- Making sure the production proccess related to project running as it is planned- Making sure the quality of finished good is relevant to company standart before delivering it to the site - Reccomend a rework to foreman for product that don't pass the company quality standart
