Experienced with surface finishing process such as sandblast and arc spray (Coating). Involved in few project of improving production floor such as semiauto sandblast machine and semiauto arc spray machine.Responsible for process monitoring, process optimization, process capability assessment, process improvement and cost saving programs.Assist Operation Manager/ Engineering Manager in achieving product quality and target by preparing work instruction as well as designing and manage jig/fixture required for production.Intermediate hands on experience with basic tools and basic welding skill.

• Assigned as outfitting designer for different MODU projects such as jack-up, drill ship and semi-submersible with main focused on the various type of outfitting items such as platform, pad eye, trolley beam and manhole.• Communicate and reviewed the project with the designer from other disciplines such as piping, electrical, HVAC and structure to plan and solve any difficulties encountered in the design stage.• Planning drawing deliverable in line with schedule requirements.• Produced 3D and 2D detail drawing using AVEVA Marine PDMS software including material take off (MTO).• Ensuring all team members perform job according to standard operation procedure agreed by both sides – Our company and client.• Produced design with accordance to contract specification and also rules and regulation by the classification of society such as – NORSOK, ABS, and Lloyd register.• Has been involved in many successful projects of MODU (Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit) for various high profile customers such as Seadrill, Hercules, and Hereema.• Knowledge in steel welding, detail production drawing and basic in the P&ID drawing. • Projects involved: 1) Noble Lloyd Noble (Delivered to Noble Corporation)2) Hercules Highlander (Delivered to Hercules Offshore)3) Heerema Sleipnir NSCV (World largest crane vessel - Ongoing)
