Led a team of 52 military personnel in the daily operations and maintenance of three classified shipboard wide area networks. Provided network monitoring for 550 users, 780 workstations, 80 switches, 24 servers, 20 routers and 200 software applications. Implementation and resolution of 5,500 IAVA/IAVB/CTO’S. Managed the execution and preparation of the Command’s Cyber Readiness Inspection. Established incident handling guidance between unit and other DOD organizations, resulting in increased network security compliance. Updated and maintained the Cyber Security Workforce for 55 Sailors and assisted six sailors with the mandated NEC conversion, resuling in DOD 8750 compliance. Installed 140 SIPRNET readers and 220 tokens for customer utilization as command Local Registration Authority and Trusted Agent. Ensured policies and procedures were met to include proper counseling, evaluations, instruction implementation and award nominations for military personnel.
