Accounts Payable Team  PO & Non PO invoice processing, Check Request, VTF & Debit/ Credit Memo processing Accuracy maintained consistently for invoice processing. Co-ordination with vendor for invoice and payments, reply to vendor statements. Aging Report/ Invoice on Hold (IOH) Report Preparation Month End Activities, GL Codding

• Matching the PO with 3 way match i.e. PO, invoice & Goods receipt.• Generating reports through SAP (B/W), RKEM, GSIS, and EHT TOOL.• Handling exceptions arising due to 2 way mismatch (Goods Receipt-Invoice Receipt mismatch)• Working within SLA, Reporting to the Manager and adhering to KPI’s• Liaising and communicating with all the office’s, Vendors, partners and for various approvals like rate approval, mismatch between invoice and purchase order etc.
