I ensure product excellence at Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, leveraging advanced product quality planning and lean processes to enhance our engineering practices. My expertise in thermal systems infuses a unique perspective into quality assurance, driving innovation and operational efficiency within the manufacturing landscape, especially in NADCAP Heat treating certification. My proactive approach of having knowledge of ISO 9001, EN9100 & IATF16949 have drastically enhanced my auditing skills. Apart from documentation viz. preparation of procedures, I do prepare non-conformities report by brainstorming why-why analysis approach and bring effective solution thereby handling customer complaints.
