• Preparation and analysis of financial statements including Balance Sheet,• Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements.• Prepare Ageing Schedules of Accounts Receivables, Managing Payables including Payroll and bank reconciliation.•Finalization of Annual Financial Statements of the Company, organizing and coordinating internal and external audits, reviewing and implementing recommendations.•Monitoring Escrow Bank Account cash flow & follow up and handling PDC •Finalization of Annual Financial Statements of the Company, organizingand coordinating internal and external audits, reviewing and implementing recommendations.• Preparing VAT returns and timely submissions of VAT statements to FTA.• Implement budget and forecast preparation schedule by collecting relevant business data and projections from the line departments, and providing relevant analysis.• Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.• Special emphasis on the billing and collection process of tenant accounts including lease administration and abstracting, monitoring of recurring billings and annual adjustments along with the collection of tenant accounts.

Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.Manage all accounting transactions.Prepare budget forecasts.Publish financial statements in time.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Ensure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable dataReconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statementsFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsGenerate reports detailing accounts payables statusUnderstand expense accounts and cost centers
