 Quality Strategy alignment through KPIs/SOPs/Process/System Audit among regions. Directly reporting to the global quality director as GM, the regional leader guides and coordinates activities in quality/technical service, and executive in quality culture and sustainability. Act as regional quality representative in various functional meetings to drive quality projects implemented in each production base to figure out the room for continuous improvement and determine options and solutions. Quality committee team build up with cross functional team, role and responsibility setup with clear escalation path as ownership taken by operations. Data analysis to determine solutions such as methods and practices, modification of quality engineering. Conduct monthly review with Quality team. Monthly discussion with Country manager on team situation and progress. Evaluating team situation and training schedule on seasonal basis. Setting targets for complete team and review situation in between the season. Directly Handling platform( Inspection center) operations for 7 units across India. Direct, coordinate and collaborate with activities of manufacturing, operation to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.

To involve in pre production activities and final aim is send only those samples to buyer according to buyer's requirement.

To control the quality in batch , so that only right quality of garments are packed but not the defective once.
