 Handling Supply planning activities for Phillip Morris International companies.  Collecting the forecast from global market (30+ Markets) and after analyzing the demand data – generating the shipment plan and submitting the same to production unit  Maintaining and validating master data in ERP system before every planning cycle  Adjusting the plan according to the available capacity considering the market priorities and other market requests  Deriving the Inventory Norms to be maintained for each regions and ensure the plan generation to meet the targeted DOI.  Responsible for STP & MTP cycles  Daily co-ordination with Production Center and Fulfillment / Logistic teams.  Attending market queries related to supply

 Forecasting the future performance and demand of products using quantitative methods. Capturing ,analyzing and documenting requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with internal team. Preparing monthly sales and operation plan reports . Collect ,analyze and evaluate sales and performance report data in order to increase sales productivity. Analyze present and past sales and performance records , interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under productive departments. Preparing Sales Budget based on past and current business numbers. Co-ordinate with North American sales team for market trends and economic conditions. Provide input to the Supply planners in developing inventory strategies on existing items , new products and product phase outs. Measuring forecast accuracy on monthly basis

Demand Planner:• Designing and generating monthly statistical forecast reports based on the past primary & secondary sales • Perfect planning and deployment activate in support of more than $60Million in revenue and inventory management of $87 Million• Deriving monthly orders from the distributors based on past primary sales and stock level• Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends• Reduce the variation of base forecast from distributor demand and proposing way to improve by working with customer to align base line forecast• Prepare, reports and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs .targets) Supply Planner:• Designing create and maintain a master schedule that supports business forecast, including establishing of lead times, lot sizes & safety stock• Maintaining good relationship for co–ordination and communication to ensure efficient integration with production, procurement and other business function• Responsible for measuring and monitoring the performance through aggregate planning, MRP, DRP and Network planning• Monitoring the SLOB SKU’s & aging stock items and put plan efficiently by discussing with teams for reducing the value of both
