Ltd, SECO Tools India Pvt Ltd. & Atlas Copco India Ltd.)Responsibilities:• Import Shipment Clearance and Follow up with Customs Broker, Freight Forwarding Agencies.• IGCRD Certificate Process.• Checklist & BL and other approval on time.• Intimations to Customs Department for receipt of import shipments that cleared under duty benefits or under Concessional Rate of Duty.• Submission of FORM-A return for EOU imported goods on each monthly basis of EOU Unit.• Coordinate with Custom House Agent (CHA)/ Freight forwarders/shipping lines for timely consignment delivery.• Intimations to Customs Department for receipt of import shipments that cleared under duty benefits or under Concessional Rate of Duty.• Knowledge of Self Sealing of Export Container.• Keeping the necessary records (DSR) for Consignment like Invoice, packing list, ETA, BL & Shipping bill. • Arrangement of Export Document, COO certifications, VGM, container• sealing and other necessary activities for export shipments.• E-WAY Bill Generation.• Good Knowledge of V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table.
