Responsibilities: Basic maintenance at Datacenter like – Servers & Datacenter maintenance, Performance issues, Business application issues, Patch management, Downtime required etc. Helpdesk Ticket Issues, Hardware issues, Network Up-time / Server Uptime , Application Uptime – Tracking Procurement details, Stock maintained for all India locations. Asset register - Workstation, Printers, Networking equipment's, Equipment inside Datacenter etc. New Project implementation / coordination. Vendor SLA's, IT Helpdesk SLA, Datacenter & Network SLA maintain.  Selecting best technical engineer for other location via technical interview. Manages projects 5 phases per PMI - initiation, planning, execution, control, close-out for ongoing migration activities and project plan: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement Management with require tools – like MS office / Ms visio & others. Technical working knowledge of networking technology to include hardware, software, network management tools, and protocols across LAN, WAN, IP Telephony / Voice, Firewall and Network Management platforms to enable effective communications, problem identification, and manage resolution of issues.
