• FWD and AFT AC Compartment readiness in terms of piping and equipment• Installation inspection and pressure testing of pipes in AMR, AC compartments• Compartment Inspection• Drawing Study and its interpretation• NBCD trails of Sprinkling system in AMR• Cold and Hot checks of HP Air Compressor• Pipe shop, FOB (Fit on Bed) and Fitting shop jobs co-ordination• Co-ordination with OEM regarding Equipment trails• Setting to work (STW) of FWD AC fire Pumps, Sea Water Pump• Co-ordination with Hull Department for shafting, platform, Welding, Cutting and Grinding works.• Implementing safety culture on the worksite and providing safety awareness talk among manpower.• Daily meeting with the workers regarding the work.• Making the setup for trails and note down the readings and comparing with standards for improving the work efficiency of VAM.
