I'm Ajay Gupta. I'm a seasoned professional with 36 years of experience of working in Pulp & Paper Industry in India and Overseas. I've completed my B Tech in Pulp & Paper from IIT Roorkee in 1988 with 1st class Hons. & Gold Medalist. Over the past 17 years, I've been leading Pulp and Paper manufacturing groups such as Trident Group as Executive Director, Orient Paper & Industries as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and now Servall Group as Director of Business. During this time, I've also lead numerous Capex projects from inception to commissioning with total worth upwards of $300 Million. My biggest achievement has been leading the historic 250 Cr turnaround of Orient Paper Industries Ltd from EBIDTA (-50) Cr to (+180) CR in 2018. Throughout my career, my leadership has been defined by my technical expertise, business analytical acumen, strong team communication, interpersonal man-management skills to lead the team and organization towards strong growth of turnover and EBIDTA and creating an overall positive environment to maximize the potential of the organization.
