Prepare and analyse procurement and accounts payable reports. Develop and maintain documentation for audit purposes. Process Optimization• Continuously review and improve P2P processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline processes. Team Leadership• Recruit, train, and manage a team of procurement and accounts payable professionals. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. Budget and Cost Control• Develop and manage the P2P department's budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and cost control within the P2P process. Stakeholder Communication• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal departments. Communicate with executives and key stakeholders on P2P performance and strategy.

 Team Management• Supervise and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
