In my role, As a Safety and Compliance coordinator, I do risk assessments of the carrier before booking the load for brokers.For Good to go carrier, I examine MC authority date, DOT authority date, MC Revocation, DB alerts, Watchdog report, total Inspections, Valid COI, Insights, theft identity, total trucks, types of equipments.Softwares that I've used : Saferwatch , Saferweb, Truckstop, Mycarrier packet, TURVO, Go Highway portal, Trucker tool.Also worked in Medical billing for 4.5 years and learnt about Claim denials, Claim Rejections, Same and Similar, Lab billing, AR and more.
