Main Responsibilities:-1- Coordinate with District and block level teams - Community Outreach at the district andfacilitate the implementation of project work plan in line with the Goals and objectives ofthe FLW grant.2- Extend support in rolling out development support in e-learning modules to enhanceANM/FLW skills through digital training platforms.3- Work closely with District Specialist- Community Outreach to roll out of the training forFLW in intervention sites/districts.4- Review the enumeration data, explore opportunities, and provide feedback to the Districtand state team and explore a possible solution to address the gaps.5- Work closely with the Divisional community Process – NHM in developing a road map forimplementation of the activities as per the nature of support committed to the SPMU atthe state level.6- Coordinate with district and block level NHM staff to implement the FLW App. Gapanalysis at Facility/community level which may have a direct impact on theimplementation7- Work closely with the Divisional community Process – NHM in strengthening communityprocess platforms.

Responsibilities To maintain coordination with district ICDS & health officials (DPO, CMO, ACMO’s, DPMUstaff) and Block health officials along with FLW (ASHA ,ANM, AWW) to enable RMNCH+Aservice access to community Providing Support to district health officials to improve the quality and quantity of FLWinteractions at the community level and within households to drive the eight priorityRMNCH+A behaviors. Providing Support to improve strategies and systems required to deliver improved FLWcapabilities and service delivery at primary care facilities Certified Master Trainer of Home Based New Born Care (HBNC) Program under StateHealth and Family welfare-UP. Master Trainer of Block Community Process Manager (BCPM) Program under State Healthand Family welfare-UP. Capacity building of Block Community Process Manager (BCPM), frontline workers(ASHAs, AWWs) to enhance the quantity and quality of household interactions forachieving change in key RMNCH+A related behaviours and outcomes. Planning and co facilitating District and block level RMNCH+A review meetings, carryingout GOI Supportive Supervision for RMNCH+A program. Provide hands on, field based support at state and district levels for training, performancemonitoring, establishing/strengthening support structures for improving ASHA program,VHND, VHSNC and other components of CP programme, including being up to date oninformation related to state level policies for ASHA and VHSNC, payments / incentives,financial tracking, maintaining CP database. Support District & Block level staffs for effective carrying out community processesinterventions like Cluster Meetings, AAA forums, VHND, and facilitating and trackingimplementation across states. Regularly meeting with District Health Society-NHM, health department, ICDSdepartment, PRI department & other partners for smooth project management andrespond in a timely manner to requests for meetings, reports or any other requests.
