*Core Design and Winding Arrangement Design for Transformer up to 350 MVA including one line and three line diagram using AutoCAD-2013 as per the target requirement.*Performing all the Basic Calculations and Designing, Developing and Validating Optimized Electrical Design in Distribution, Converter and Power Transformer Range *Simulate FEM( Finite Element Method) and Analysis all the Short Circuit Forces, Impedance Variations, Impulse Calculation and Electro- Mechanical Forces in Power Transformers*Designing Tap Changer along with the Bushings and major Electrical Accessories used in transformers using ProE*Co-ordinate with and providING technical assistance to Mechanical Engineers and Control Design Staff in order to fully develop system integration of Transformer Protection, Control Relays and Monitoring Systems

The responsibilities includes :*Review and verify the tower designs, working/structural drawings prepared by design consultants and detailing department ensuring conformance to requirements of technical specifications & approved design input.*Responsible for making major/ minor modifications in designs & working drawings as per loadings and site requirements.*Dealing with all engineering activities related to transmission lines material such as selection of Conductor, OPGW, Earthwire, Insulator and Hardware fittings etc., preparation of technical specifications & coordination for pre-bid & post-bid technical clarifications, checking & approval of drawings for insulator strings and hardware fittings. *Review and verify the rigging arrangement drawings and calculations as per tower loadings. *Raw-material and final material Inspection for transmission tower structures as per standard MQP*Studied the performance and working of Power Plant for 330 MW and 660 MW.*On site visit for verification of operation and working of different electrical equipments. including Transformers, HT/LT Circuit Breakers and Lightning Arrestors etc.*Develop detailed bills of material for different components in Power Stations. Writing reports to summarize the understanding for the Power Plant operation including the Surge Arrestors, Generators, Turbines and Boilers.*Design, Engineering & Manufacturing of all Electrical Panels, Schematic arrangement for Incomer & Outgoing Circuit Feeders, listing BOQ, Layout for feeder & schematic arrangements, Single Line Diagram, quoatationing & procurement activities.*Erection, Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical Operated Systems, Erection for associated Mechanical & Civil activities etc.*Installation & Calibration of Process Instruments/ Field Instruments with NABL accreditation.*Testing, Certification & Reporting NDT Testings in process pipelines, steel structures & Stress Relieving Works in high pressure Process pipelines.
