- Project Management: Supervising project activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects; finalizing specifications upon discussions with consultants, technical collaborators, external suppliers, sub-contractors and clients; organizing, prioritizing, and assigning work; monitoring and control of the project with a focus on, on time delivery, first time acceptance, and in budget.- Survey & GIS: Strong skills in execution of survey and mapping projects by utilizing GPS (Real-time Kinematic surveying, Static, DGPS) and CCTV Surveys (Water utility) data output in the areas of Utilities and Land information systems.- Production: Managing production operations involving preparation of production plans & schedules to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets and within the cost parameters; supervising, directing, and evaluating assigned staff, directing work, disciplining, motivating and completing employee performance appraisals with a focus on continuous improvement in productivity levels.
